Tired of your loud exhaust? Want to get a set of quieter ones without sacrificing looks and hard earned money? I am willing to trade you my 3" Res-Tech exhaust (chrome), that came with the bike when I bought it. I am looking for Drag Pipes, V&H or Cobra, for an equal trade. You can see the exhaust on the bike. PS I do not have the caps anymore. PM me if interested!! :biglaugh:
How much quieter are these? I have V&H Cruisers with aftermarket baffles installed (they are removable) and I think it is still to loud mostly on the Highway. Also I have a 2007 so don't know if fitment is an issue. I live in Tampa.
I think they are quieter than the V&H and the cobra's. The only thing I don't like about them is that the baffles are non-removable. We can meet up one day and compare them out, I don't think fitment should be an issue.
powerplay, those look more like the Strippers or the American Classics. They both have baffles which are not removable. The 3" Res Tech HK's are longer and the baffle is removable. I have the Res Tech version on my VOL.
You are absolutely right Jendesigner, the PO told me they were the Res Tech and didn't do too much research on them. It looks like they are the American Classics with non-removable baffles. Thank you, and sorry for the confusion guys.:biglaugh:
How much do you want for them Cash (if the op doesn't want them) I don't want to jump on another guys deal ?
I'll be taking my stock pipes off mine it is an 08 with under 6000 miles
on it, and she's NEVER spent a night outside.
If someone else has a set of after markets and wants to stock up let me know, My Stock pipes are MINT......
I have a 04.Would these fit. What are you looking to trade for them?
