Good luck selling the modulator, Dave. I don't know him but I will say that I had a modulator on the last three bikes I had and NEVER ONCE had anyone pull out in front of me or turn left on me. I think they're worth their weight in gold. You can watch cagers look at you and then STOP.

A modulator is a great idea, I have one and am totally satisfied with it. I had not had anyone pull out in front of me either until YESTERDAY! Just a mile or so from home, I was making a left turn onto a four lane, so there were two left turn lanes. Just after the turn is a gas station on the right and someone pulled out and about nailed me, had to swerve and luckily missed hitting them. I have a light bar and my modulator was operating, they must have just not looked at all. I could not find my horn button fast enough as I had to react ASAP. I turned around and gave them the "WTF" look. They backed off and turned off, maybe embarrassed to follow me after what they did. I thought about turning around to follow and confront them but realized quickly that wouldn't do any good! Gotta be vigilant and defensive all the time, but the modulator does help tremendously!
