I found that '09 on have different seat configurations. Just bought an '09 and my seats won't fit from my '08..... However I have an extra unstudded passenger seat from an '09 I could let go...brand new.

They changed the seats in 09. I have an older series gel seat set installed on my 09. I made a new bracket for the back of the Rider seat and used the Pre 09 bracket for the pillion. An older series pillion won't fit unless you have the mount bracket. An older series pillion may or may not fit with an 09 Rider seat. I had not tried it.
