Default Need a front light bar for a 2002 VL800

I just picked up a VL800 (moving up from a Honda Shadow). I took the bike for an inspection today and was told that I wouldn't pass since the rear turn signals were installed and the front aren't. The guy told me its all 4 or none, according to NC law. I'll probably remove the rear to pass inspection or try another shop that will pass it the way it is.

Either way, I need to add the front light bar back to the bike for safety. Does anyone have a bar in good condition?

Thanks for the tips. I had seen the whole unite yesterday, but it looks like it's in rough shape and bent. I'm interested in the turn signals, though. They look like they would polish up pretty nicely with some Nevr-Dull. Do you think?

My VL800 is in great shape and don't want to put any rusted or heavily scratched parts on the bike.

Side note: Duffield? Only a couple of hours from me. Went riding on Squirrel Spur Rd. just off the parkway a few weeks ago.

The bracket that the signals bolt too is easily bent back straight.
Where are you located.

You make a good point about bending it back. Didn't even occur to me! Just figured it was the chrome. Speaking of the chrome, it looks in better shape than the turn signal auction.

So I sent them the offer. Thanks again for the tip! I'll let you know what happens.

I'm in High Point, NC.

Ha! Man, I owe you one. Offer accepted! Thanks for the help! I'll try to remember to post back and let you know how they turn out after I get them on the bike.

Thanks again for the advice!
