Put two led bolts on the plate and to led bolts under the headlight. They might look purple but they are blue in person. Let me know what you think. Only costs $15 including shipping from Ebay. Seems like a nice touch for added visibility

Looks pretty,
I hope the cops don't stop you, They do not like any colors except red or amber on the rear or front unless it is an emergency vehicle.

Don't know about the front, but I like the look of the rear. I'm with Rich though, cops tend to get cranky about lights on bikes. I've tried the visibility argument, but they didn't seem to go for it.

Thanks guys. I was a little skeptical about the front too but at night it looks alot better than in the daylight.
If/when i get pulled over for them, I will probably change the colors. An im also thinking about putting red ones on the bottom license plate bolts and wiring them to my brake light for a little more light. What do you think? Any other cool little spots i could put these bolts? I dont think I want to do the long strips of lights yet. I think they sell these bolts in red, blue, cool white, amber, and possibly green. Those of you that have been pulled over for lights, what were you told, and what is the ticket? Is it a fixit ticket or something else |

CA law prohibits colored lights. They'll give you a fix in ticket. Depending pn the cop, he might not let you drive out after pulling you over unless you can shut it off. I'd suggest you put a switch so you can turn it off right there at the spot, before he gives you a ticket. Just tell him you forgot it on.
