kickstand question?

Hello, this is my first post although I have been following this forum for awhile now. I have a 2010 c50se candy blue. I'm thinking of lowering the bike 2.5 inches and I was wondering if any modifications have to be made to the kickstand. Being that the bike will stand straighter.

Lowered mine 2" on Saturday. Stopped a 1/2 a dozen time today durning a poker run. I never gave it any thought but don't remember any differance now that you made me think of it.

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
