Default Simple tune up - visor on headlight

I just mounted on the headlight fo my 2003 volusia 800, a chromed visor...
Looks amaizing, but im a afraid, that the visor is not fixed very well.

I proceeded like this, i took off the headlight face, with the glass and the big ring, after that i separated the ball from the ring, then i tookoff the metal circle that is fixed directly on the balls glass.
Under this thin frame, i inserted the visor, and with it, i fixed back the frame, with his small clams.

Seems ok but i m a little afraid that in trafic , on bumps it will fall somehow...
ahhh..and forgot to mention that the visor stays tensioned, but looks ok..
Any advices.....

A bead of silicon under the visor where it meets the headlight will hold it secure.

I put visors on my running lights and headlight. Without weather stripping or silicon they have the tendency to get buzzy. I love the look, reminds me of an old Ariel or other classic bikes of when I was a kid.
