So after a set of fouled plug and speaking with Cobra. My final settings are 3, 1.5, 1.5 and the bike runs great.

Cobra did state that the C50 is difficult to turn.

Mid 40's mpg. Cobra told me that with just an after market exhaust and the fi2000 ( stock settings) the bike runs very rich. So by opening it up and using the Barons I was was rich even richer.

After spending a lot of time talking with my mechanic, we are now trying to build a snorkle type air scoop to fit under the tank. The mechanic says that the way the bike is designed and the way the air moves around the bike, there is not very significant air flow to the filter and it needs a way to catch and funnel the air to the carb/throttle body. Hence, the decision to build a snorkle. Once we have more info and reach some form of satisfaction, we will post the data and pictures...
