Post Your Home Made Mods!

Now this is home made! Functional for sure. The guy spent his money on his head though.....his helmet had it and did it all! Seriously!

Phone quality shots...sorry.

the trunk and hardbags look like the new OEM set for the bmw s1000rr? it sure looks bavarian with the maltese cross displayed to predominately! can we get a confirmation from the experts here? this could be the 2011 prototype with the LazyBoy backrest and cup holder?

WOW ...

well I guess if it's not "what "you ride... then kudos to him. Bike looks safe - he's riding... <shrug> Good for him. The alternative may be that his bike won't be functional enough so he can't ride...

What kind of bike is that? Maybe it's one of those expensive ones and he can't afford any accessories... (YES - that's a troll - I can read the name!)

Kudos - but NOT for me!

So far...converting my throw over saddle bags to bolt-on. The bags look better, are more stabile and the paint on the rear fender isn't getting messed up anymore.

The "Flash to Pass" garage door opener mod is nice too.

If you look at the very back of the seat, there is a stud on each side, so I think he can move the backrest back. He's using another seat to act as the backrest.

I want to do that with the bags as well. I would like to make some sort of clip setup so that I can clip them on to the bag supports already existing. The easy brackets look pretty good as well......but that wouldn't be home made!
