Inspiring thread! I have read this and decided to do it myself came out great. For 09 c50 owners the LEDs for the speeedo are now at the bottom of the circuit board... 2 next to needle shaft and 3 at bottom in between the plugs for the fuel and odometer screen, basically under neath that screen. Bought at Oznium.com great price fast shipping, and I used the plcc2 surface LED. I went with the white ones. One note the notch on the LED should be on the side the arrow is pointing to( arrows pointing right on ciurcut board notch needs to be on right side).
Did you have any trouble with the speedo needle not working.
I did the mod last night and when i rode to work this morning the speedo doesnt work, but it still goes around on start up???

sorry pitters i haven't been on in a long.... time! I hope u have fixed it. if u didn't i bet you pushed the needle on too far i did the same thing mine would reset at start up but not work wile i was riding. I found that the needle was pushed on too far.
