Default "how-to" Naked Jugs

UPDATE!!
My kits are available for the carbed Volusia, the injected C50 and the M50. Volusia's will need a re-jet, and the C and M will need a fuel processor. The re-jet/processor are NOT included. You get everything you need to remove the chrome football, and hide the filter.

Cost for the kit is $55 including shipping to anywhere in the 48 states.
A $13 shipping charge will apply to Canada/Alaska/Hawaii
A $32 shipping charge will apply to anywhere else.

Send me an email, with your email address, shipping address, and if you have a carbed Volusia or an injected C/M50.
I will send you a PayPal invoice, and once paid, I will ship to you.
Because the email alerts for PM's do NOT work, the best way to get in touch with me is by email at rjimid@yahoo.com

For the full naked jugs experience, you also need to remove the PAIR valve. Find out how at http://www.moccsplace.com/images/pair/pair.htm
(And tell Moccasin Mike that Jim sent you)

The filter ended up costing me two or three times as much as it should've by the time I drove twice all over the city. I probably had almost 40 dollars in mine and THEN had to still fab up the filter. It was a good thing I already had the silicon adhesive or it would've been another 6-7 bucks.

The questions are pouring in already. You will need to re-jet a Volusia, or get a power commander for a C/M50. My kit will only take care of the airbox, but I will try to provide as much info on fuel management as I can.

I will have kits ready to ship by May 5. PM me your e-mail address to get an order in.

Does your Boulevard/Volusia look a little wider than it should? Do you think there’s a nice figure hiding under that extra bulk? If you’ve got nice jugs that you want to show off naked, how can you do it? With “Robbie's Jugs Deluxe”, that’s how! For just $55(including shipping) you will get easy to follow step-by-step instructions, complete with pictures and ALL the parts you need to do it. Join the ranks of those who go naked, and order yours TODAY!

How sure are you that the FI will need remapping if the pipes are kept stock. The power commander site says to use the map for the stock setup if you keep the stock pipes.

By getting more air in, it will change your mixture and lean out the motor. Power commander says that the "stock" map is for stock pipes and a hi-flow air filter (which is what this is). The "stock" map does richen the stock motor somewhat, and increase performance.
